I’m Negin, an ST4 Obstetrics & Gynaecology trainee in the Thames Valley Deanery. I really enjoy the variety that O&G offers, particularly complex obstetrics, gynaecological surgery and ultrasound.
As an IMG myself, I understand some of the challenges that can come with navigating the UK system and pursuing a career in O&G. I’m very happy to share my experience, offer practical advice and support others who are considering O&G or hoping to pursue it as a career.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy a bit of art, literature and theatre, as well as linguistics, design and gardening.
