Who is behind this

I'm Dr Erma Qazi, a consultant dermatologist. I completed my CCT and was appointed to my consultant post this year.
I've been coaching doctors through dermatology applications for four years, since well before this site existed. It started as favours for colleagues and turned into the thing people kept asking me for. Almost every time, whether someone got that help came down to whether they happened to know me.
That's what this site is for. The advice that actually changes an application comes from someone already appointed in the specialty you're applying to, and getting it shouldn't depend on who you trained with.
