Hi, my name is Varshini Manoharan, and I’m a ST6 ophthalmology trainee in the Yorkshire & Humber region.

I understand that securing a place in ophthalmology training is a highly competitive and challenging process. Having successfully gained entry on my first attempt, I feel well-positioned to guide others through this journey.

I am passionate about medical education and have previously organised courses to support applicants for ophthalmology interviews. As a mentor, I offer support with interview preparation, portfolio review, and general guidance on progressing through ophthalmology training.
